I read, with great surprise, the large volume of criticism directed at the new team of announcers of Monday Night Football this season. I suppose it’s easier to criticize after four games than to give them a chance to work things out over the season. My solution is to just drink more than one beer while watching the game and just forget about what they are saying. Now, you and I may disagree on which beer to have when we’re you’re having more than one, but as long as you’re buying, I’ll keep my mouth shut. I also usually criticize athletes who leave college early to try and make a living at pro sports. About the only person I cannot argue with do that is Tiger Woods. He’s managed to make himself a very nice nest egg for himself after dropping out of school. For tonight’s game we’d like you to use your critical thinking skills and come up with your ideal broadcast team of two or three announcers in the booth calling an NFL football game.
