One of my kids is on a road trip with her cousins, visiting New York City. Yesterday I got an email with a picture of all of them, under the lights, at night in Times Square. I love New York because you can find a restaurant that serves almost anything you can think of. I gave her a checklist of food items and she’s bee marking them off as she sees them on menus, but she is still looking for the elusive location that serves SPAM. I gave them all the fun task of keeping an eye out for celebrities by giving a prize to the person who sees the most Grammy Award nominated artists on the streets while they are there. My personal best from my visits there is three. While we may not have celebrities walking around the streets of our town, we do have SPAM and lots of it. Tonight were handing out points for all of the different flavors/varieties of SPAM there are.
