Dance crazes have been a thing in the country for quite a while now. Believe it or not, your grandparents used to shake their groove thang in their own way back in their day. As for me, I’m not much of a dancer; my thing is movies. I have often complained the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has never fully appreciated the difficulty of producing a quality comedy film. Oh sure, they’ll hand out Oscars left and right for all sorts war movies, but make somebody laugh and they just shrug their shoulders. There have been a number of comedies throughout the years that should have been at least nominated, if not a winner of Oscar glory. Bring a DVD or VHS tape of a comedy that you think should have garnered at least a nomination for either the acting or Best Picture category. If you bring an Adam Sandler movie as your selection you won’t get the points. Think about it, dig out that great comedy for the ages movie and 15 points will be yours at the End of Round 2 (before the Double Down Dare).
