Now that our dear leader has preemptively turned down the position as Time Magazine’s Person of the Year, I can’t wait to see who ends up with the cover this year. While the left and the right continue to argue about which is a sinking ship, there was a time in this country when actual American ships sinking made news as well. While I’ve never been on a water craft that has gone to the lowest point under it, I have been around some animals that I’m told can produce some tones so low that I wouldn’t be able to hear it. For your bonus points, tonight we’ll circle back around to the first line and ask you who you would put on the cover as Time’s Person of the Year?
