DJ Trivia Bonus in the Finger Lakes for Wednesday, December 19, 2018

Break up the week with some DJ Trivia fun in the Finger Lakes tonight at Ovid Vfw, 6:30, Ciccino’s and The Vine at del Lago Resort & Casino at 7:00 or Wayside Irish Pub at 7:30!

Our VP for Questionable Ethics (not his actual title) likes to play the movie Scrooged on a loop on the TV he has in his office. Apparently he sees it as a either a training film or a goal to be achieved; we haven’t figured that part out yet. Since he cast himself in that movie, we decided to slack off and try casting the rest of the office in various Christmas specials. The easy one was the new kid in accounting. He is the spitting image of the kid that wanted to be a dentist in the Rudolph TV special. After him, it got a lot tougher. About the only one we could find any consensus on is the new receptionist. She all agreed that she has this young Meg Ryan thing going on, but we couldn’t think of a Christmas movie she’s done, so we had to rule her out of the game. Our secret hope is that she shows up at the office Christmas party this Friday with a date that looks like Tom Hanks. Since I live to embarrass Mrs. Clue Writer in public whenever possible, I can’t wait to break out my tackiest holiday garb for the festivities. You should get excited about that too! Your team will earn 10 points for each member who wears an ugly Christmas sweater while playing the game tonight!
