My brother-in-law is attending chiropractic school, so to get out of conversations with him, every now and then I’ll pick up one of his anatomy books and start learning the names of the bones in the spine. It’s fun watching him get mad when someone tells him that chiropractic isn’t a real medical science. I tried cheering him up by saying that it is at least two rungs above those kids trying to build a woman in Weird Science. Eventually, I improve his mood by suggesting we crack open a couple cans of his favorite domestic adult malt beverage instead of some spines and then he’ll start to calm down.
