Mrs. Clue Writer caught a brief glimpse of the trailer for the new Melissa McCarthy movie opening this weekend. I had to explain to her that it is not a Muppet movie and that none of the Muppets she adores will be in the movie. She asked what it was about and I explained, only to see the look of disappointment on her face, much like when her hometown Buffalo Bills dropped yet another Super Bowl all those years ago. I can’t say that I’ve ever known that level of disappointment, except for the time one of my favorite rock ‘n roll singers decided to put out a country music song. There’s nothing wrong with country music, but he definitely did not have the voice for it. There are those that think clowns are creepy, but after all these years, I still think puppets are creepy. Tonight you can try to creep out your host when you bring a hand puppet with you. If you do that, your team will pick up 20 points at the end of Round 3 (before the Double Down Dare).
