I was invited to attend one of Mrs. Clue Writer’s fancy, client dinners the other night. We ended up at this über chic French restaurant and I almost embarrassed myself at the end of the meal when they asked me which flavor of brandy I wanted when we finished eating. The dining room was adorned with photographs of all sorts of famous French landmarks. I think they may have imported the waitstaff because they all had French accents. The food was so rich that I almost wished I had all those balloons from the movie UP to carry me out to the car when the evening ended.
