DJ Trivia Bonus in the Finger Lakes for Thursday, September 6, 2018

The Copper Pig has canceled DJ Trivia, but we will announce a new Thursday location soon! In the meantime you can play DJ Trivia Tavern Restaurant at 7:00, F n a Rhythm and Booze at 7:30 or Vonnie’s Boathouse at 8:00!

We had our office fantasy football draft last week. Based on the order of finish last year we had a tie for the top pick in this year’s draft. We settled it by having each team owner name the title of a Samuel L. Jackson movie and the character he played in the movie until one person could no longer do it. The category was decided by the Commissioner, drawing it out of a hat; the other possible category he could have picked was Elton John song titles. I suppose it might have gone faster if the category was Lou Bega hit song titles, but I am not on the Tie Breaker committee and didn’t have a say in the matter. What I do have a say in is determining what hoop you jump through if you want some bonus points. Tonight your team will pick up 30 points at the end of Round 3 (before the Double Down Dare) when you bring in any Elton John CD, cassette, or album.
