All of the fantasy baseball guys in the office are going nuts because apparently half of the New York Yankees roster in on the injured list right now (apparently “disabled list” is now taboo). I just laugh and tell them that if they were truly Yankee greats, they wouldn’t be injured. At the rate they’re churning through players right now, it might get so bad that they sign Jerry Springer to play outfield for them by the end of summer. Because the weather is warming I am about to break my piggy bank and play my yearly round of golf. I may save myself a few dollars and use an old vintage set of golf balls I found in an antique store instead of these fancy, high dollars, space age polymer balls players use today. I just can’t see spending the money on balls I’m just going to lose in the woods anyway. Tonight you can tease me and taunt me and pick up 15 points at the end of Round 2 (before the Double Down Dare) when you bring in a brand new, unopened sleeve of golf balls and I promise I’ll try not to drool on them!
