I am currently upgrading my man cave and am having to reorganize my massive CD collection. Rather than the usual alphabetical order, I started to group them by country of origin of the artist or group. I never realized just how much Australian pop and rock music I own. My next aesthetic choice is whether or not to decorate the walls with all of my James Bond movie posters. One thing for sure in the room will be a new trophy case. I’m installing it to hold the faux Nobel Peace Prize I won for negotiating peace during the Great Mother/Daughter Prom Dress War of 2016. Maybe someday I’ll add an actual Nobel prize there, but until then, I’m proud to have brought peace to my house.
