I was staring up at the full moon we had earlier this week and for some odd reason I started thinking about how majestic baseball homeruns used to be called “moon shots”. I had a hard enough time converting Fahrenheit to Celsius, but then they introduced the Kelvin scale and that was the end of me and science. Ever since that day in high school chemistry, if I needed to know about temperatures, I just looked a thermometer. You can too!
