Only three more days ’til Christmas! I try to imagine Buddy from the movie The Elf saying that as I’m fighting the crowds in the stores this week. When the crowds get me into a jaded mood, I just put Christmas Vacation on the old television and I am reminded that I am better off because the Griswold family are of no relation to me. Not everyone is a fan of the holiday season. Mrs. Clue Writer is more partial to warm weather activities. So, with the winter solstice yesterday, I reminded her that is only nine more weeks until the Daytona 500 gets under way. Until then, I’m counting on our Thursday night players to show up everyone else this week by wearing your ugliest and tackiest sweater or t-shirt and earning 40 points for your team at the end of Round 4 (before the Do Or Die Dare)!
