We’re deep in the heart of summer and my backyard tomato crop is coming in full force. There will be tomato sandwiches, tomato sauce, tomato soup, and tomato salsa in my future. It was so hot outside while I was harvesting some that I threatened Mrs. Clue Writer with taking off all of my clothes and jumping in the pool. She said that I could impersonate that M&M in that one commercial, but only if there was nobody around, including her. I reminded her that I am getting back into shape, but these last pounds were the hardest and that I’m only one stomach flu away from my goal weight. Don’t worry, there’ll be no “naked by the pool” pictures tonight. We do want to see your tomato growing skills though.
