One of Mrs. Clue Writer’s simple pleasures in life is to fall asleep in bed while reruns of M*A*S*H* are still playing on TV. So, as a small gift I’m getting her a DVD copy of the movie as one of her birthday presents. I decided that was one or two steps up on the thoughtful ladder from the Harlem Globetrotter tickets I was going to get her. Even when I was a kid I liked watching what the men and women on that team could do with a basketball. One of the requisite things I must get her is a very good bottle of wine. But, as someone who knows nothing about wine, I have no idea about the best place to purchase a fine bottle at a reasonable price; I just have to resist the urge to buy one at the grocery store. With that in mind, we still have to open the bottle. So, for 15 points at the end of Round 2 (before the Double Down Dare) you can bring in an ordinary, manual corkscrew OR for 30 points at the end of Round 3 (before the Double Down Dare) you can bring in one of those fancy electronic corkscrews that do everything at the touch of a button.
