One of the things my family knows that I can’t be bothered with on Thanksgiving Day is waking up to watch the Macy’s parade in New York City. For me it just hurts to see people that happy that early in the morning. If I wanted to see something from New York, I’d much rather go to the baseball Hall of Fame. Actually, I’d rather go to any professional sport’s Hall of Fame than watch the Today show gang narrate a parade. Instead, I’ve started reading a newly published Roald Dahl compendium that has all of his published works. I figure that should keep me occupied through the winter. Not as many folks will take the time to sit down and read a book these days. So even if you aren’t inclined to do it much anymore, bring in the last book you read just for the pleasure of it and 15 points will be yours at the end of Round 2 (before the Double Down Dare).
