One of the things I like about the July 4th holiday is our annual camping trip. We stay at a family owned cabin and play game after game of Scrabble along with all of sorts of water activities on the river that flows by it. Of course, the teenagers complain because there is no cellular service up there. I just roll my eyes and tell my kids that what doesn’t kill them will make them stronger. Every one of the uncles that joins us always brings their own cooler of beer and inevitably there will be an animated discussion not about which beer is the better one, but which beer has the better ad slogan.
