Mrs. Clue Writer and I are taking a French cooking class. I learned very quickly that Hollandaise sauce is not from Holland and I have been pronouncing it wrong all of my life. There are moments in that class I feel like I’m Ferris Bueller in that snooty French restaurant scene, completely out of place, but trying to fit in. One thing I learned that I found interesting is that the largest muscle in a body varies, depending on which animal you are talking about; this includes humans. When this class is over, Mrs. Clue Writer may practice what we’re leaning, but I’m going back to my favorite of Italian food. To pick up 30 points at the end of Round 3 (before the Double Down Dare), bring an Italian cookbook with you and start planning what you’re going to cook the next time you stay in to eat.
