DJ Trivia Bonus in the Finger Lakes for Monday, December 3, 2018

Start your week and December off with some DJ Trivia fun in the Finger Lakes tonight at Swaby’s Tavern   and Crossroads at 7:00 or Waneta Inn at 7:30!

I got a scare yesterday when Mrs. Clue Writer told me about a rumored Christmas song album from Maroon 5. There is nothing wrong with Christmas songs or Maroon 5, but I know that if such a creature exists, it will be the only thing heard in our house for a month. Then she’ll get feeling all warm and fuzzy and I’ll come home one day to a whole bunch of kittens she’s rescued. Just for my personal amusement, I may just tell her that I found it and when she asks where it is I’ll tell that it’s “sitting by the overcoat, the second shelf…” That will keep her guessing for a while. When I was growing up, we’d always have some sort of music playing in the background while we were opening presents. One year, my sister got a CD of Christmas song in the style of New Orleans jazz. I loathe that recording to today. As a nod to my family’s tradition, bring a CD or vinyl album that you think is either the best or worst collection of Christmas music and 15 points will be yours at the end of Round 2 (before the Double Down Dare).
