Since I’m not really a fan of the NBA, I tolerate it, just as I tolerate it when the conversation turns to the dialogue of the movie Dumb & Dumber. I nod politely and wait until the right moment to steer the discussion to something more to my liking, such as lead singers of rock bands. Yes, I know we should be working, so we’ll just call it a team building exercise and call it a day. I know I’ve had to participate in some dumb employee morale exercises in my day and we fear that you have too. write down the dumbest thing you’ve ever had to do in your workplace as a team building event and your host will build up your team with 15 points at the end of Round 2 (before the Double Down Dare).
