With St. Patrick’s Day this past weekend, I got in a mood and broke out a lot of my old U2 CDs and went on a long car drive. Bono’s voice was a big part of the soundtrack of my younger days and the drive down memory lane was fun. I got home just in time to watch the announcement of the brackets for this year’s college basketball tournament. One of my neighbors who used to suit up for the Demon Deacons didn’t bother to watch because his alma mater isn’t going dancing this April. He told me that their most recent season has been so trying for him that he is thinking about taking up Buddhism as a way of coping with the stress. Even if don’t have a team going to the big dance, your DJ Trivia team can still pick up 15 points at the end of Round 2 (before the Double Down Dare) when you bring a completely filled out bracket with your picks in the tournament (you know the one I’m referring to; it’s the one with the trademarked name that we haven’t payed for the right to use.)
