One of my buddies bought one of those giant, 80 inch, high-def TVs you always see at the front door in Costco. After spending way too long trying to mount the thing onto the wall, he decided to christen it with Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It was so beautiful, I think I even heard the dialog better out of that TV. It was such a gorgeous picture, that I’ve already started reserving time to watch stuff on his TV. For example, I’ve reserved the next Rose Bowl game, no matter who is playing in it. I can’t wait to see the colors and the beauty of the mountains around the stadium. Our next destination viewing event is the movie Avatar. I never saw it, so this should be fairly close to a theatre seating experience. Life sometimes gets in the way of us seeing movies that everyone else has already seen. What is the one really popular movie you missed seeing in the theatre and you have never made the effort to see it since?
