One of our soccer crazed office denizens was going on about how hot it would be in the Middle East when they play the next mens’ World Cup. Somehow I don’t think that will give enough of a home pitch advantage to any of the teams from the region. I mean it does get hot over there, but it’s not like someone’s going to be melting metal in public or anything like that. While it may get hot enough to cook bacon on the sidewalk, I don’t think you’ll see that there. For that matter, you probably won’t see Kevin Bacon on a sidewalk there either. You can certainly see him on any cable movie channel given all the movies he’s made over the years. While we won’t be playing the six degrees of Kevin Bacon tonight, we do want to see how familiar you are with his work. Bring a list with title of every movie and TV show you’ve ever seen Kevin Bacon appear in and your team will earn 15 points at the end of Round 2 (before the Double Down Dare).
