DJ Trivia Bonus in the Finger Lakes for Monday, July 29, 2019

Start your week off with some DJ Trivia tonight at Crossroads Bar & Grille,  Bagels and Cakes and Swaby’s Tavern at 7:00 or Waneta Inn at 7:30!

One of the only upsides to taking a sick day from work is I get to lay on the couch and watch reruns of M*A*S*H* all day.  I always found watching Radar bumble his way through a war zone oddly entertaining.  About the only thing better is getting sick just after Halloween and I get to raid the kids’ leftover candy.  The first thing I do is locate all of the Hershey’s candies and they’re gone for breakfast (and medicinal purposes).  Then, when I get tired of M*A*S*H* reruns, I’ll find a Morgan Freeman movie on TV, so I can fall asleep to the sound of his voice as the meds kick in.  Being sick really isn’t fun though.  for me there is only one cure and it is the most vile thing I will ever willingly consume:  Nyquil.  Bring a bottle of that green liquid awfulness with you to night and feel better about the 15 points you’ll earn at the end of Round 2 (before the Double Down Dare).
