At least in the southern part of our country warmer weather appears to have finally returned. Unfortunately, that also includes the return of insects and all of their annoying body parts and appendages. The nice thing about bugs is that they only come around seasonally; kinda like San Francisco 49ers fans at the start of the football season, going on about how their franchise used to win Super Bowls. As a kid I used to avoid the bugs by staying indoors on Saturday mornings and eating about half of a box of Cocoa Puffs, Cheerios, or some other General Mills cereal while watching cartoons until Mom threw me out of the house. Now, I eat cereal because I’m too lazy to operate the microwave… Tonight we’ll celebrate my sloth-like cooking skills by bringing a box of your favorite General Mills cereal for 15 points at the end of Round 2.
