Insomnia kept me up last night. That usually means that I come up with thoughts that are profound then, but seem more ridiculous in the light of day. For example, I wondered how much different the world was when we had a President who refused to use a telephone. About 4am I reasoned how baseball got its name and how basketball got its name, but there are some sports whose names make absolutely no sense to me, like curling and a few other Olympic events. I finally gave up trying to sleep when I realized I couldn’t line up the countries in Central America correctly. I want to believe that there are better things to do when you can’t sleep. So write down what you ended up doing the last time you couldn’t go to sleep for 15 points at the end of Round 2 (before the Double Down Dare).
