With the evacuations in the Carolinas this week, Grandma is coming to stay with us for a little while. Space for her isn’t a problem but I have to locate a local bingo game she can go to along with a resupply of card markers. The woman gets positively cranky if she can’t read her bingo card through just the right shade of highlighter ink. While making arrangements to get her, I was joking that the storm was so big, that it just might bring Captain Ahab’s ship with it. She said that she dated him and that he knew better than to come back around. She’s still feisty, especially when she doesn’t get to see her soap operas. Yes, she is one of those folks who still refuse to miss an episode of General Hospital or Days of Our Lives. If it make her happy, I’m not going to complain. So tonight were makin’ Grandma happy! Bring a bottle of bingo card marker with you and you can add 30 points at the end of Round 3 (before the Double Down Dare) and be prepared the next time you’re in your local VFW hall or church basement.
