My doctor told me last week that I’m not getting enough zinc in my diet. Like an idiot, I walked out without asking why I need the zinc, just trying to remember to buy some at the pharmacy. I’m not really a fan of visiting the doctor’s office, but I like my doctor because she plays some interesting music in her waiting room. While waiting for my appointment I got to hear some old Billy Joel songs that hardly, if ever, get played of the radio. I’m talking late 70’s stuff… Since this was my full blown annual physical, they used every meter and measuring device they could get their hands on so that they could bill my insurance. So far, no news is good news as far as test results go. And as long as you have your health, you have everything.
