After they announced the newest inductees to the NHL Hall of Fame, it still got me mad that the league has never had a trophy or award named after one of the all-time greats, Gordie Howe. In my opinion, it has gone from rude to embarrassing for the league. What my kids continue to find embarrassing is my savant-like knowledge of all things Red Hot Chili Peppers. It’s really embarrassing for them at our neighborhood block parties when I get anywhere near the music system because then I can give a class on the lineup of the band at the time any given song was recorded. They have a way of countering that though. Nowadays, anytime I dare bring up the band, they immediately counter with cast questions about every Pixar movie ever released. Since this is the part where we usually say how you get your points tonight and we were just talking about Pixar movies, your team will pick up 20 points tonight at the end of Round 3 (before the Double Down Dare) when you bring a VHS or DVD copy of The Incredibles with you tonight. They have nothing to do with the game tonight, but I just saw the sequel and loved it and since it’s a Pixar movie that’s what we’ll go with.
