We’ve got a contractor who works at the office occasionally. He doesn’t work for us because he is that guy who argues about everything all of the time. He and I stopped talking to each other during football season last year when his favorite college football team was called for a costly penalty. He was still complaining two days later when I correctly mentioned that he couldn’t tell which official actually threw the flag much less how many guys were on the crew for him to complain about. I try not to complain too much, but when I do it’s usually about Arrested Development being cancelled and then brought back again and then cancelled and then brought back again. They should make up their minds and either write an ending to the show or keep it going. One thing that can’t be argued is the deliciousness of cheese. Even lactose intolerant people love cheese; they’ll smell it even if they aren’t going to eat it. And while some turophiles will rave about French cheeses, to me, nothing is better than the cheeses of Italy. Like any great cheese, the worse it smells, the better it tastes. Now I’m hungry just thinking about it. To satiate my craving, bring a recipe that uses Italian cheeses in the dish. And no, just sprinkling Parmesean on top will not be good enough. So if your recipes has melted, gooey to it, your team will pick up 30 points at the end of Round 3 (before the Double Down Dare).
