I spent some time in the attic yesterday looking through old boxes because my youngest has to read some of the Chronicles of Narnia for a school assignment and I want to find the set I used in school rather than buying another one. While I was up there I stumbled onto my old baseball glove I used in high school. I keep it as a reminder that I was one of the greats of baseball that never played for the New York Yankees. I did find a few things to give away or donate while I was searching. For some reason I have held onto a VHS copy of the movie A Bug’s Life for far longer than I ever should have. Is there a memento that you’ve been holding onto for decades and you have no idea why you keep it?
