Somebody save me! Mrs. Clue Writer is dragging me to apple festival this weekend. I think to get out of this I may study up on the differences between bushels and peck and crates, just to see if I can trivia my way out of this trip. She can always tell if I am interested in a place she wantsto go; if the car conversation is about former members of popular bands, particularly rock bands, she knows that I am agreeable to the destination. If I start talking about the stock market or anything financial, she knows I am only going to be polite. It amazes me the way we communicate with our significant other without actually saying anything.
