This weekend I enjoyed some quality time on the couch watching my guilty pleasure movies. I played DVD roulette and settled on the Nic Cage classic Gone In Sixty Seconds. Mrs. Clue Writer attempted to guilt me off of the couch, but I told her I was attempting to spend the weekend expending the inverse amount of energy it took to launch a space shuttle. What’s strange is that if I spent the weekend watching football and pontificating on the origin of each team’s mascot, I would have had the remote taken from me and a rigorous amount of yard work assigned. Looking back, I’m amazed at how many of those guilty pleasure movies I own are Nic Cage movies. To honor the career of Mr. Cage, tonight you’ll earn 15 points at the end of Round 2 (before the Double Down Dare) when you bring a DVD or Blu-ray of any Nicholas Cage movie other than Gone In Sixty Seconds.
