My middle child was flipping through TV stations the other night and stumbled onto the movie The Breakfast Club. I actually had to explain the concept of Saturday detention because apparently, in the these parts, nobody does that anymore. She found the notion of getting up that early on a Saturday exhausting, while I find that trying to stay up late to watch Saturday Night Live to be exhausting these days. After watching the movie, she decided that the character of the Assistant Principal would have also worked as a character on The Office as well, if he decided to change careers after the end of the movie. While you’re at work today, spend a little time daydreaming about what movie character you think would have also worked as a character on a TV show. Write down the character, the movie they’re from and along with which TV show they would’ve been a good character in as well and 15 points will be yours at the end of Round 2 (before the Double Down Dare).
