Well, we’ve started trying to come up with ideas for our summer vacation. This year we’ve decided it will be a driving destination, so I’ve been looking at interstate highways to see where we can get with a reasonable amount of driving. It’s weird looking online though. I remember when we used to get out a paper road map and look at the routes, much like when there used to be nude pictures in Playboy and we’d try to guess what TV show that month’s Playmate would end up on. One of the kids suggested that we wait and make a road trip to see one of the BCS playoff games. I had to remind them that we could afford the trip, but not the tickets to see the game. While we may not get to see one of the biggest games of the year, there is nothing like the pageantry and thrill of a college football game.
