A lot of tech companies are spending billions these days buying start up companies in the hopes of either squashing potential competition or getting cutting edge technology that can help earn them more money. While a few work out, most of them are a big waste of money. If I could write a killer application, I’d sell it, move to a tropical island and drink rum all day and forget what technology ever was. Knowing me, the urge to travel would overcome me and I’d spend too much time in busy airport after busy airport, trying to take in all of the world’s great sights. Since I will be in the islands for a great amount of time, I can’t drink the same thing every day. So I’m gonna need some drink recipes that have rum in the mix and are tropical in nature (i.e. Rum and Coke ain’t gonna get you any points).
